I bought these in preparation for the PNW Ragnar Relays race last July. If anyone doesn't know what this race entails, it's basically a 200 mile race split between 12 (or 6) team members over two days. You run non-stop, alternating between runners, hence the "relay" in the name. I ran 3 different times for a total of over 18 miles. I used one of these packs after every race and was amazed at how NO pain there was when the race was completely over. I will continue to use this product and definitely recommend it.
