Good to have a good tool for mandolins and slicers
Easy to use. Place strawberries on top, turn top side down, remove strawberry slices, fold back lid, repeat. The slicer does NOT remove the pit from the strawberry. But even if you clean them first, it's still a lot faster than cutting by hand.
