Good as basic GPS, bluetooth, computer system. But it requires some knowledge of how it works.

I've wanted one for my car for a long time. Not necessarily this model. Just a computer that I could put in my car. Problem is, I didn't know which one to get. So my suggestion is to buy the cheapest one available first to see how easy it works. Most of them were easy to install. The radio works, I can use bluetooth on my tablet or phone to listen to music (which is good for MP3 or iHeartRadio playback) and you can add a USB stick. I can literally have up to 8000 songs in the machine at once (32GB / 4MB per song = 8000 songs). The problem is that the car had a camera that I couldn't get to work. and GPS. Now I didn't manage to use the camera (and it was a used item that cost me $150 so not bad anyway). However, getting the GPS software to work wasn't easy. It uses iGO Primo GPS (the car version of their software) which iGO discontinued. The software they offer customers to upgrade their PDAs or SD cards with maps doesn't even recognize the SD card I have for storing maps. They still offer an app version of their software, last updated in 2009 (software, no maps). To find some maps I had to go to gpspower.net to see where to find them. Also, you need to buy a micro SD card to install the maps.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • No automatic
