The customer service is incredible! I have never had any issues with them at all since we started using their platform almost 5 months ago (and that's only because they've been so quick in responding!).
They are always willing/able to help out when there has ever be an issue or question; it makes me feel like my site manager really cares about what happens here & wants us as customers happy!!I cannot think of anything negative right now but honestly if our needs change then i will make sure everyone knows how great this team works. We're able to easily reach donors through email lists from Demotivatek which helps get more people involved than going door-to-door would do alone. This also cuts down time spent doing things manually by hand - something every nonprofit should take advantage off for efficiency purposes.
