We didn't have any feedback issues that I read about in some other reviews. This phone is heavy, it has a handle on the back so you can take the phone with you as far as I remember. It's a rotary phone, but just for looks: when you turn the dial, it actually dials a number with a beep, so you can use it for automated menus. The only downside is that you can't adjust the ringer volume, it's very loud or the ringer volume. We have this in our office while working from home so we turn the ringer off. Overall I'd say I'd recommend it, a bit pricey but the sound quality is perfect on calls.
