Review on 3Doodler Create Plastic Bundle Filament by Ricardo Knight

Mine didn't work after 2.5 hours of crafting session. The filament didn't come out even though I followed the removal instructions. So I spent $78 for a cool thing that broke on first use. I should have sent it back immediately, but it appears to be a design flaw (it freezes and stops working). I'd like a replacement, but I doubt Revane will give me one. How about Revain? I'm an artist and should be able to do amazing things with 3Doodler if given the chance. I made both a pyramid and a sculpture, but then it froze to me.
