I bought this scanner to help troubleshoot excessive battery drain on my 2008 Acura TL. The steps to use the scanner were like a puzzle. Thanks to my experience with computers, I was finally able to deal with it. But its use has many unknowns. I have two questions: 1- Is it possible to download data stored in the scanner to a computer? I asked this question on the Revain product portal and have not received an answer. 2- How can I get monitor values relevant for passing the vehicle test? Are monitors installed or not? I will now ask this question on the Revain portal and see if I get an answer. If my questions aren't answered and I can't figure it out myself, or if I encounter other mysterious unknowns, the scanner returns to where I bought it.
