2nd update: The slider that holds the hand shower no longer stayed in the raised position. Thanks to a friend he saw that there is a screw inside that just needs to be tightened! That's it, I love it again! OLD REVIEW: Currently working very well for our needs. Our newly built apartment has poor design. The ADA shower is only supposed to have a handheld showerhead mounted over my head and I couldn't reach it. The cost of a heavy metal scraper and hiring someone to install/drill the tiles is currently beyond our budget. This product is perfect. While the suction didn't work at all for us (and the tile is smooth), the manufacturer cleverly includes heavy-duty adhesive pads. They work like magic! No problems since attaching it about 1 month ago, except the actual part that slides is a bit loose and slides down a bit on its own from time to time. All the detail is very light. Again, good for our needs at this point, this is a very cost effective solution for us. Definitely recommend this product.
