Review on EK Tools Circle 1 25 Inch Package by Kelly Caballes

The round punch was sent in bubble wrap. For what was supposed to be new it looked older and more used than the ones I have from the same brand but I kept it because I needed it quickly, the price was good and it works great. The problem was not with the product but with the packaging. , or as I now suspect - repackaging. When I reached out and grabbed the top of the bag, the stamp slipped out! I had no idea it was already open downstairs. I want to clarify, the bottom of the box was missing - completely torn from the packaging. I was lucky to get my foot out of the way before it hit the target, but I was even luckier when my quick foot movement startled my dog so much he jumped out of the way - the kick almost hit him earlier head landing on the carpet. Great circle kick but terrible revain repack!
