Definitely 5 stars, but "Love" is too much for an anode stick. These anode bars are found in every water heater. They act as a sacrificial stick to protect the heater tank. Harmful particles in the water tend to corrode metal. When the anode rod is used up or removed, these particles attack the inner walls of the heater's steel vessel. You can tell if the rod is exhausted when only bare wire remains on the hex connector. When replacing, also replace the T&P valve. It is a temperature and pressure relief valve. I installed Watts 100XL. The Cash-Acme brand from the big department stores would also work. This valve protects the tank from over-pressurization and overheating, which can lead to a vapor explosion.
