This product is really well made. But the problem was the delivery. Not sure if this was just me, but my package was delivered unsecured. The box was opened and slightly dented affecting one of the internal components. The box containing the damaged item was badly dented. I couldn't return the item because I'm in the timeline. Doubtful detail - tensioner. I had to disassemble and disable it. It should have been disabled by the manufacturer, but it isn't. It was probably activated by an impact during transport. Disabling is problematic and requires locking ring pliers. Luckily I have such special tools.
