Review on ACDelco Professional 12F51 Fuel 🔒 Tank Cap: Secure and Stylish in Black by William Mathis

Bought for my 2013 Sonic. In winter the engine light came on. Of course, the dealer wanted a lot of money just to code it. So I went to my local parts store (Advantage Auto) and they coded it but also mentioned that they have Chevy Sonics to supply the parts and had the same problem. Said it was a common Sonic problem when the gas cap failed after a few winters (mostly cheap plastic and cheap rubber gasket). Recommended to get a new gas cap. I got this and since then my check engine light hasn't come on. Asked the dealer about it and they did a two step bull shuffling and .smh
