As it is integrated with Salesforce CRM and Slack we can easily track our data in one place from all channels. It has easy integrations too like WhatsApp etc. Also there are some other features which I liked is that you don't need any third party application for getting notifications or alerts but when its not working properly then even though you have enabled 2FA security option still your account gets hacked. We used this app as an admin of sales team so whenever my team members were calling me they could see their calls/ messages directly in the dashboard without needing to check email inboxes.
