The system has been very effective in helping us manage our business with many different clients (we have over 30). It makes it much easier than using spreadsheets or excel files that we used previously! We are still learning how best utilize this software but I would say you should give them time before making your final decision about which one will be right fit for yoour organization/needs as each program offers multiple options regarding reporting tools etc., so make sure there's enough staff available who can dedicate some extra hours towards training if needed!! Managing client details including billing information; tracking reservations & cancellations - also able keep track off tickets sales from previous tour date within same account- helps tremendously when trying prepare reports at endof month / year! Also great feature allows users like myself an admin user access without needing another member present during login process.- Very helpful tool especially considering its webbased application where other systems require desktop installations!! Easy website integration too.
