I got this from my girlfriend because I love astronomy. Good telescope for beginners. The telescope was not difficult to assemble and comes with a variety of components for different configurations. It also comes with a mount for your phone so it can take pictures through a telescope, but don't expect a professional-quality image as it's literally just a phone's camera pointed at your subject. To make taking photos easier, it comes with a small Bluetooth remote control that you can connect to your phone and take photos without physically touching it. The biggest problem I had while using the telescope was adjusting while using it. The tripod is very simple and uses handles to hold the telescope in place (I've included a photo of these handles). This means that to adjust the telescope even the smallest part means loosening the knobs to loosen it, aligning the telescope and then tightening the knobs, which often means your goal is slightly different than what you are aiming for, because tightening the knobs it might shift things. . Again this is to be expected for a beginner telescope and at this price point and still works well once you get the hang of it.
