The filter is easy to install yourself. If it seemed to you that some kind of nut, hose, or something else was missing, review the kit carefully: everything is there (I write from my own experience). There was an incident with the filter. It would not have happened if I had changed it according to the regulations, but it happened. The filter hung for several years. It seems to be more than 3, or even 5. And during this time, under its own weight, it "stretched out" in one place, broke through and flooded the room. It would seem that the body is solid and dense, but in the amorphous state, the substance always "flows", albeit imperceptibly slowly. Of course, this happened due to excessively long use. However, now I always place a bar or box under the bottom so that the filter is semi-hanging, leaning a little on the stand. So I'm calmer.
