The unit looks well made but I can't get it home in working order. the glass surface shattered into multiple splinters - nearly identical damage. It is packaged in a thin cardboard box (not even corrugated) with a 1/2 inch layer of soft polyurethane foam at the top and bottom of the box. This box is packaged in a large Revain box with several sealed air pockets that prevent movement but are insufficient to protect it from all sides. It might work if delivered to the room on a silver platter with a dome on top, but not if delivered by UPS! Has anyone really looked in the door of your sorting facility while you were waiting for pickup? Each package can spend a significant amount of time in the air as it is transported from the van to the truck via the conveyor belt. Until the manufacturer improves their packaging to protect their product, you are just wasting your time.
