Otc is a good brand, garages use them. I don't want to upgrade and upgrade to DB 11 for a few more dollars. Half of these get worse with updates or don't work. This will do everything as resetting transceiver codes hasn't seen one reset in cheaper models. Snapon for about $5,000 held in a large hand does it all. New cars are complete junk when you change the transmission. Get a snap or pay the dealer 250 to reset it. While you're at it, grab a scanner and a friend to ride with so you can read the scanner as you drive. All new transmissions must be restarted to reprogram shift points. Must be done right, most dealer mechanics need to go back to school. Less than 3000 miles and the box is back to normal. This is a quick process, not a long one. 6 speed is rubbish, find a good transmission repair. Junkyard tranny stay away, buy a new SUV or go back to old school classic cars. Once the transmission has been reprogrammed and shifting becomes difficult, your transmission will need to be rebuilt. The sensors prevent it from moving. 3 sensors for 6 speeds. Whatever they are, any two gears that don't shift don't work. Snapon will do this by reading the input from the exit sensors and wave sensor and the actual code will appear. The motor is all you need to replace the parts with the codes shown and reset the computer backlight and you're done. Google the code, reset the part and you're good to go, everything should be fine, that's all you need.
