Limited application if you have existing door knob holes

You'll need to mortise a notch for the pin plate if you don't have that style already. Does not come with the collar to replace the plate for doors that have that style. Otherwise, they have a smooth operation and are built well enough for interior doors. If I were putting in nicer doors, I would probably spend more money on nicer door handles, these are definitely builder grade.

Works well and really springs smoothly.

Cons

Not compatible with exterior doors, making it limited in use
