It literally stinks. for sketchbooks and notebooks
The first one I received smelled strongly of perfume or something. Revane exchanged it for another that arrived with the same smell but to a lesser extent. However, enough to make it useless due to my intolerance to perfumed cleaning products and the like. Either these pods are scented, which is unlikely, or they are stored next to some scent and will absorb the smell. I can try to exchange it again but what a waste of time and materials. I give it three stars because they are probably good pads. I chose them mainly because the ring attachment is on top. Your experience may vary.
