We recently purchased these mailboxes for our town-home association and they look great and were very easy to install on our gates. I've had it installed for 4 months and so far no issues and the mail is secure and dry. A couple items to note is that they recently changed the design so the new mailbox is smaller than the original shown in the description . I've attached a side by side comparison picture for reference. We also drilled two small holes at the bottom of the newspaper holder as we noticed sometimes water would pool in the holder itself. Great customer service and response when I requested additional keys. All in all we are very satisfied with this product and price.
