This adapter worked almost perfectly for my needs. I have an old XP laptop that I only use as a music server and it doesn't have Bluetooth. With this adapter I can connect both my Bluetooth headphones and my Onkyo receiver. Now I can play music for any occasion from this laptop through my indoor and outdoor speakers. One issue I've found is a slight delay between the laptop audio and the receiver (or phone). It is enough just to turn off the sound of the laptop. Pretty easy to set up. I had a connection problem and I have to say that ZEXMTE customer service answered my question the same day - great!
