This dongle installs automatically on my Toshiba laptop with Windows 7 (purchased in 2012) and connects easily to my Bluetooth devices (Canon iP100 printer and Moto E smartphone). As promised I am updating my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars. After my bluetooth dongle stopped working I contacted the seller and asked for a 1 year warranty replacement, Zextme responded quickly with no question or delay. . I received a new and free replacement within a week or so and the key works perfectly. I am very satisfied with their customer service and product support. Zextme has earned my respect and I give them 5 stars for good business practices.

This adapter worked almost perfectly for my needs. I have an old XP laptop that I only use as a music server and it doesn't have Bluetooth.
