Basically a pair of well-made aluminum pieces, a couple of screws and thermal pads. Aligning the pad and drain for the CPU was the hardest part of the build and not that hard. Easy access to storage, connectors, antenna cables if used. The thermals reported by the OS are fine in a room with very modest local airflow (and no internal fan, of course), but I'm not doing much that's CPU intensive. All in all, I feel like I can tape this tiny computer to the wall and forget about it forever, or drop it on concrete half a dozen times without worrying too much.
