The device works well, feels comfortable in the hand. On some things I've tried between room temperature and body temperature, the temperature on my device seems to be about 3 degrees warmer. I'm slightly disappointed that the device became unavailable almost immediately after receiving my device from Amazon (looks like an updated version with a color screen is available). I can't figure out how to reset the memory. The Min/Max/Avg/Diff functions quickly become useless if you can't clear the memory. You have to unscrew the screw, which is not very convenient. The manual also doesn't describe that once you've selected the recording mode, you can press the UP or DN buttons to scroll through the history. All in all, if it was possible to reset the read memory I would give this product 5 stars.
