Not useful for Pioneer 03
Does not work at all on Pioneer 03 with 4.2 liter engine even though it says so. You can use it to mount an orifice tube but its main purpose is supposed to be to pull it out and that obviously doesn't work because the shanks at the end of the tool are too short.
