Amazing for cold brew coffee
We've tried several ways of making cold brew, from just putting grounds in water and filtering the result, to using the stainless mesh tubes, to these. This is the best so far. ZERO grounds make it through, and it drains very quickly. The grounds are almost dry after just 20 seconds or so of letting it drain. We've been using the medium bag in a large plastic food container. The bag is strained coffee color now, but it continues to work great. We hand wash it and air dry it.
- Bag was great at straining the fine particles for homemade Almond milk
- The fine nylon mesh may easily tear or become damaged with regular use, rendering the nut milk bags useless and requiring frequent replacement
