Three (3) different size/shape felt pads are supplied with ten (10) reusable spikes. Choose the size and shape of pad you want to use, simply screw in the mandrel shaft, and you're ready to use your rotary tool as a polishing powerhouse. Works with commercially available polishing pastes, jewelry rouge or a homemade mixture of regular toothpaste and baking soda. Different sizes/shapes help to adapt to the work to be performed. I use them to smooth and accelerate sporting goods that rely on metal-to-metal contact.
