Review on 🍕 Seamless 16-Inch Restaurant-Grade Aluminum Pizza Baking Screen by New Star Foodservice 50691 by Jody Tibbetts

I love this pan! I have a smaller version that I got from a trading channel many years ago and it still runs fine. I wanted a bigger one for a thinner pizza. I made a delicious garlic thin pizza the other day and it was delicious! Nicely browned and because the crust was so thin the cheese bubbled up and browned nicely. Just make sure to spray the entire pan, edges and everything else before placing your batter on top. I also docked (pierced with a fork) all of the crust once it was in the pan to avoid bubbling the batter. It was a great purchase which I know will last for years as it is so durable.
