Works well after setup.
Machining is offset slightly so that a standard 5" grip has one side approximately 1/32" higher than the other. I taped about 4 turns of blue masking tape to the underside. It seems to work, the handles are even/transparent. I use a template to mark the location of the holes with a 3/8" chuck and gently rotate counterclockwise by hand. I mark all the spots and then drill all the holes. DO NOT attempt to drill holes. with the template set.
