Simple and effective:
Makes rework a lot easier (or even possible!) than just heating and lifting. Used for a BGA component on a laptop and worked quickly and smoothly. The needle tip can also be easily and securely screwed on and off.
Pros
- CS-FLUX soldering flux is not a pure flux and will not corrode without cleaning, but can be cleaned very easily with alcohol if necessary. Does not cause corrosion of circuit boards or components.
