Review on Large Breed Locking Pet Door by Kim Bell

We built the home less than 3 years ago and installed one of these doors on the front door that leads to the covered back porch. Within a week, the entire "perceived" weather barrier was completely torn from the door. I've tried re-gluing it a couple of times but gave up. Fast forward to the present and I need to replace this door because the plastic clips that hold it on the hinge are broken. I bought the same door because I already have a hole in the door. Of course the felt started to peel off around the edges and it didn't even get installed in 2 weeks. This time I used epoxy to hold it in place. Just take a look. It would be SO EASY to use a better glue/method to hold it in place. This door is NOT cheap in comparison so you should expect better quality than a door that fails in the first week and BREAKS completely over a 3 year period.
