Looks great on a Jeep. Installation was easy but tedious. The quality is fantastic apart from a Smittybilt logo sewn on backwards (no one but me will notice). Sometimes you have to tighten your belt, but I haven't traveled that much yet. The only thing I don't like about this type of luggage net is that it doesn't go all the way to the rear of the jeep. This is because it attaches directly to the safety bars, plus 2 hooks on each side (one horizontal, goes to the body pan, the other vertical, goes to the brackets). No soft top crossbar is required if you are putting it on a Jeep with a factory hard top. This bar costs about $50. This is required for the cheaper vinyl version. However, if you add the value of the bar, the price is almost the same. However, the vinyl model eventually returns to the door, so its silhouette is slightly different. The vinyl one looks a bit bigger, but in my opinion it looks much sturdier and better overall. One minor thing to note that probably doesn't affect most Jeeps: the net tends to be confused with the auto-dimming mirror as the car's light enters and exits between the seatbelts behind you.
