Difficult to install, unreliable

I returned this unit due to failures and because it ended up not working at all. It was difficult to install and required multiple attempts to uninstall, reboot, reinstall, etc. via Windows Device Manager. It couldn't reliably detect the USB bus, so it was probably faulty hardware . I bought a TPLink product as a replacement and it installed and worked in about 2 minutes and was reliable. I wouldn't waste my time with any other BrosTrend product.
