Needs strong mounting surface
This is not a cheapo plastic light. It's mostly metal and is fairly heavy so it needs a sturdy mounting surface. It puts out a ton of light and lights up our driveway really well. It's mounted to a stud at about 10' up on the wall of the garage. Wiring needs to be done by an electrician if you don't know what you're doing. Careful mounting under eaves as this will affect the photo cell's sensitivity.
