Review on 🎧 Black Wired Chips - Universal Helmet Audio System by Outdoor Tech OT0042 by Gary Haymon

For the past 4 years I've had two sets of chips and every time they failed because the wiring got into the "main channel" they curled up and broken in the shield. To be honest I can NOT recommend this brand or their ICs anymore because of this problem. Outdoor Tech, if you're reading any of these reviews, do yourself a favor: Reinforce the wiring and shielding so it's harder to crimp and damage the wiring. due to "more compact" setups (like the 12–13 Bern Winter Liner for their EPS helmets). This could probably be accomplished by adding a bit more molded plastic in places where the wires connecting one chip to the other are a bit sturdier. OR, even better, make it modular so that if a cable breaks, customers can order a replacement cable instead of having to buy a new set every time. food for thought.
