Updated last review. I ended up installing them on the inner and center front mounting holes. Sturdy than I expected so while they don't attach to the top edge (and I'm not even sure if anyone makes them for my truck year) they will serve the same purpose and are very happy with them. In fact I ended up getting hole plugs where I thought they originally fit and it makes the top edge look smoother and smoother. In the end it worked out well. First Review: They are great quality but they don't fit all trucks equally. I'm embarrassed I didn't look at all the pics as the main pic is for the roof mount whereas on newer GM trucks they are box mounted on the side panels. Not what I expected, but I can still use them in places that don't already have a Ring/Loop installed.
