Review on πŸ“» Enhanced Voyager KA500 Radio Storage Case: Kaito RC500 with Double-Zipper, Hard Shell, and Convenient Carrying Handle by Frankye Sherman

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not bad overall

One of the main things I like about this radio is that you can put your own batteries in it. In addition, it comes with a removable battery. So you can swap batteries in two different ways. You can charge 3 separate cells on the charger and insert them into the radio. Or you can charge the supplied battery via USB. You can select the supplied battery or individual items for radio playback. The sound isn't good enough for the music, but the voices are audible. For example, I can clearly hear the weather forecast on the NOAA weather channels. Overall the radio has a nice design and everything seems to work as it should. And you don't have to throw away your radio because of dead batteries (like some radios do). I had to throw out the last one, I would like a better sound for music.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Reliability
