I have revised this review after working with Ulefone and its products for 5 months. We bought 4 phones, 2 different models. The first stopped loading, and Revane kindly swapped that phone out. The speaker of the second phone broke after swimming in the children's pool. Eventually it dried up and cleared up, but it was never the same. The third is completely dead. The glass on the fourth phone shattered when my 7 year old daughter dropped it from her hands. In just 5 months I've bought $1,200 worth of phones that are now completely dead or in need of repair. The best part is that Ulefone no longer has a US service center. You have to ship your phone back to China for service and hope it gets there and back. I would not recommend Ulefone phones to anyone!.
