Review on HANEBATH Stainless Steel Single Handle Bathroom Faucet by Chad Boho

When I first received the product I was disappointed to find that the cold water hose had no thread to connect to the water supply. . I went to a hardware store to look for a fix but was told that this part is for the faucet only and cannot be replaced. When I contacted the seller he was very responsive and immediately sent me a new one. They asked me to send them pictures of the broken faucet so they could check quality control. They also asked me if the new one fits and if the parts are ok. Although it started with a headache, the seller offered great customer service to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
