Not sure if I got what I ordered or not

The unit itself has no markings other than the company that made it (no performance data with screen printed etc .) . I have no idea if this is a POE or POE+ device (I ordered the POE+ version as I needed 24W peak power). The only documentation I received was a piece of paper with the same illustrations as the product images; however (and this is one of the main reasons I'm not sure which device I have) is that the document claims it is a 5v 2A POE (802.3af, not 802.3at) device. I used a multimeter to check the voltage and my device outputs 12V as expected, so the documentation is clearly for a different device. Since the device isn't marked, I can't be sure if it's a 12V 802.3af or 802.3at device (both types exist). The rating lost 2 stars because I wasn't sure which device it was - I got a lot of wrong advice. Devices over the years by many companies and never work well. Quality control is severely lacking unless a device includes its own ratings (this is technically common safety information that is missing). I can confirm that the device is working to the 802.3af specs, but I don't have enough tools to verify proper 802.3at performance. draw without risking other equipment. (I can reliably pull 10 watts out of this unit, but I don't have any other gear I'm willing to risk testing power draw > 15 watts). Proper labeling and documentation would make this product ideal.
