Bought a few days ago and totally satisfied. I don't consider myself a tech savvy person but I figured it out in 5 minutes if not less. Immediately after downloading the app. I live in an apartment although I haven't had any problems, the handymen make terrible vibrations and my neighbor swears he comes to her apartment when she's not home. The picture quality is very good, infrared is really clear and the motion detection works great. For the price and great quality, you really can't get any better. I'm much calmer when I'm not at home. Pictured above is my dog on my bed at night. He is a black labrador and I could clearly see him. The audio works great too as I was able to talk to it.
