Review on Luxurious 7-Light K9 Crystal Raindrop Chandelier - Modern Pendant Ceiling Light Fixture By Saint Mossi - H71" X D24 by Jeremy Hahn

This Saint Mossi Crystal Rain Drop Chandelier Modern & Contemporary Ceiling Pendant Light is a wonderful addition to our home. The shipment packaging was adequate for shipping and the pieces arrived in good condition. When assembling the housing that contained the GU10 base and I tested the lights before hanging the assembled unit I discovered that the GU10 light bulbs were 35watt halogen lights and that the lights were rated to last only 1 to 2 years. Thus requiring me at some future date to lower the light fixture from the attic to replace the bulbs within 2 years (This is a lot of work for me 2 years out). So I replaced the GU10 bulbs with Philips 454363 50W Equivalent 3000K GU10 LED Reflector Light Bulb. The new LED GU10 lights are 4.5watts and should last 22 years. I had to order these new GU10 bulbs which delayed my final installation of the light fixture. When assembling the glass crystals and wire hangers it is important to maintain the order of assembly defined by the installation instructions. Initially the installation instructions where hard to interpret. The picture on the one page assembly instruction shows connecting the crystal string labeled A1.A50 from the inside out. The wire hangers start as B1.B50 from about the half way from the center to the outer edge of the fixture. The A1 crystal string hanging end connects to a crystal drop and the wire hanger B1. When hanging the outer wire hangers 3 of the cutter pins were missing. Fortunately, I have a well stoked tool shed. I also had to add a 3/4 inch plywood circular support to the back of the fixture housing to add a lifting ring to use a winch in the attic to raise the assembly up the 20ft to the ceiling. My rating of 4 stars is reflected in the fact that I had replace the GU10 reflective light bulbs (about $60 extra) and the missing cutter pins.
