Comes in a large roll. I unrolled it and left it in the sun to smooth out wrinkles. Uses butyl glue which can jam scissors so have WD-40 on hand to clean the blades. It sticks! Make sure you have the exact shape and position you want before removing the backing paper. Once you touch this material to any other surface, it absolutely sticks. I used this product to replace jute of a similar thickness that was installed by an OEM. I also installed it on the Revain soundproofing. Compared to the original, there is a noticeable difference in sound and heat from the roof and floor to which it is applied.
