I am writing this letter because I am perplexed and curious at the same time. A couple of months ago, I made the purchase of the excellent SGS7 edge model. A drop from a height of 20 centimeters, maybe less (from a squatting pocket), the screen shattered into chips as if they were beaten with a stone, I see this for the first time, not a single phone from a great number was beaten from a height that was 2-3 times higher, there were a lot of situations. However, the reliability of the device is at zero. Smartphones that have large displays. (the push-button and the mini don't count because everyone has fallen many times because of my profession.) one crashed when tumbling down the stairs while carrying a screen. In my hunt for a solution to the issue, I came across a large number of other people who were experiencing problems that were quite similar to mine. Is it really enjoyable for you, as a well-known manufacturer, to produce goods of such poor quality for such a high price, and then to fail to warn the customer that this is a phone that must be worn at all times inside of an armored case and films, and that the gorilla will scratch itself as soon as it is placed in your pocket? I don't see what the point is. The phone is currently being repaired after having been sent in. It is starting to make sense to me why the prices of the new Samsung Galaxy S8 cellphones, which I was considering purchasing instead of the Galaxy S7 models, are falling at a rate that is comparable to the rate at which my own phone slides out of my pocket. The phone is only a method of communication; more important than its features are their dependability and portability (at least minimal). In exchange for that amount of money. I am aware that it is not shockproof; but, I would expect that a single fall from such a negligibly low height would not be enough to destroy it. The vast majority of your close friends and family members use the products offered by your primary mobile rival, which have been shown to be significantly more dependable and powerful (on multiple occasions), while the remaining individuals are either dreaming or making plans (the price tag is also not small, but at least it is understandable for what), which includes you. I attempted to persuade them to make a decision that was favorable to Samsung by using logic, but now I see what the transitions have to do with one another. And the question that arises now is, for what exactly should one pay such a large sum of money? (I'm referring to certain flagships of the industry from the past few years here) insane enthusiasts still take them on credit. He himself had gone back to the well-known Canadian brand, which had served them well for the previous three years prior to their purchase of the seven, and he had fallen and stumbled quite a bit, but even after being submerged in water, the work continued without a single instance of failure.
