It didn't help me. In the life of my Maytag dishwasher I have had to replace the door seal several times. I was very happy to find this inexpensive option (OEM printing is $45-$60 depending on the seller). This gasket is made of high quality material, maybe better than OEM material. However, it is too thick. I installed it perfectly, the gasket sits properly in the channel but is thick enough to prevent the door from closing properly. I was hoping it would shrink over time (and door pressure) but after a week it's still too thick and won't let the door close properly. Maybe it's just my model. Much luck.
