Review on πŸ”΄ AIFEEL 8 in 1 Stand Mixer 800W: Versatile Kitchen Mixer with Multiple Attachments and LED Key in Retro Red by Ashley Valdez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Amazing all-in-one stand mixer.

Here is my detailed review of my new Aifeel food processor. If you want to know my review of the product first, fine. I keep it. That's five stars. But here are my likes and dislikes: 1) Lightweight polycarbonate body. It has both advantages and disadvantages. Pros: It's about 30 pounds lighter than those with a solid die-cast metal body. Although it's a large stand mixer that can be left on the counter and just covered when not in use, it's light enough that you can take it with you and store it somewhere else, or just move it somewhere more useful. . The design also allows you to access the accessory ports but closes them when not in use. A big minus point: It is noisy. One of the best things about these much more expensive models, which weigh a ton due to the massive cast iron body, is that the body isolates noise from the engine and transmission. The lightweight Aifeel mixer body simply lets ALL sounds through. And at higher speeds it can get noisy. 2) Suckers, a real pro. There are no downsides. They really do stabilize the blender very well. He will NOT move unless you force him to. And it requires conscious effort. You won't hit this blender and spill things. It is very safe 3) machine. What makes this blender so powerful is the high speed motor. As the racquet and planetary head rotate slowly, the motor rotates at thousands of revolutions per minute. Like a gearbox in a car, it takes the high speed of the engine and changes it to a lower speed at the driveshaft. Here I should note that the motor is probably not making any noise. All noise comes from "gearbox" 4) Drive assembly. That's where all the noise comes from. But it also drives three different PTOs (auxiliary drives) at the same time. And all three are constantly busy. The noise doesn't bother me. But if you're looking for a quiet car, this isn't it. 5) Jet mixer. All pluses. There are no downsides. Firstly, it's the fact that the body of the blender is made of durable, thick GLASS. The razor sharp blades are just the right amount to really agitate the product and mix it well. It is sealed very well, top and bottom. The lid is very secure and the base is solid. All of this can be quickly and easily disassembled for thorough cleaning. 6) Meat grinder (my FAVORITE accessory) If you like to cook your own ground beef, ground venison, salmon, sausage, lamb. you get my point This is the BOMB. (I'm old. I can still see it.) With a powerful motor and the way you cook meat, you'll get exactly what you want. The auger drive is ideal for pushing meat through the knives without jamming or sticking. It comes with three steel cutter heads and four different extruders (for this purpose). They can go from coarse (best for sausage) to fine (for lamb and venison) to mush (I don't know what for). 7) sausage packer. I haven't done it yet. But I always wanted. I live in the heart of Texas Barbecue Country. So I must. It's a right of way and proof that you're a true Texan. 8) Sluggish extruders. I really like this little sanding accessory. I've always cooked jerky the old-fashioned way and sliced semi-frozen steak. But I wasn't always happy with the texture. It can be quite viscous and get stuck in my dental work. Now I can do this with ground beef and add other meats for texture and flavor. Four different shapes affect drying time, moisture retention, flavor and texture. So, as I said at the beginning, that's the goalkeeper. The only thing I wasn't sure about was how loud it was. But for all the virtues of this blender, the noise level isn't even a compromise. It just lets you know how much power you're working with. And with all the features and benefits I have listed above, I am VERY happy with my Aifeel food processor. Five stars.
