Review on Karetto Men Replacement Waterproof Absorbing Universal by Kyle Kriglstein

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Easy seat change Looks good but poor quality.

I always think it's a bad sign when a product comes with a bunch of unexpected accessories like a bell, a reflector on the hand and an alligator around the neck, a wrench and an Allen key. It's as if this swag bag is meant to draw attention away from the seats' imperfections. The seat itself is soft, feels like sitting on two shock absorbing balls, comfortable but not too durable. The seat post clamp does not have a built in seat stop. and the fact that the seat is quite open in the middle makes me a little apprehensive about getting this bike off some nice jumps. (I replaced the center piece from the previous seat for extra confidence) The reflector on the seat is just a sticker and it was stuck on crookedly. but still a useful additional warning for motorists. The seat is so soft it's difficult to get off without getting caught in your pants. So be extra careful when balancing on hills. But to be honest, this is the cheapest seat I could find for a Walmart bike, not worth investing more in, and will likely last as long as my current desire to ride a bike again .
