Review on 📄 Premium Gray NeatDesk Desktop Document Scanner and Digital Filing System for PC and Mac – Enhanced Bundle by Bill Howard

While I like this item, I don't like the lack of customer service. I contacted Neat a week ago because the scanner doesn't work with the nice new software I downloaded (you no longer get the CD) and I need help to figure out why it's not working. I received an automated response that someone will respond to my query in 3 days. Today is 7 days, no answer! I will be contacting Revain today to inquire about returning this product. .I should also mention that I had a PROPER DESKTOP SCANNER (it was my second purchase) for 4 YEARS when the first one stopped working properly. The only way to get customer service was to pay $39 for customer service. Just so they tell me the equipment is broken. They couldn't fix it. I guess I should have learned from that experience but I decided to give them a second chance. BIG MISTAKE!
