I was sold on this product when my daughter brought me the wok for Mother's Day. I decided to buy the 11 inch pan because I wanted a larger pan. When the pan was delivered it came in a nice sturdy box. You have to assemble the handle with the screw that they provide and the complimentary screw driver that comes with it. I have used this pan since I brought it and I can say I am sold and will be buying the cookware. The esthetics of the pan is what caught my eye, but then when I actually used it for the first time I was amazed by the sturdiness and how easy it was to clean the pan. I have used it on my stovetop as well as on my convection stovetop. When using on the stovetop the handle tends to get hot, but other than that I can't say enough good things about this pan. Also, I will add that the price for the pan is reasonable. If you have any hesitation about buying this pan.buy it you will not be disappointed.
